What is Bruxism?

Bruxism, referred to as teeth grinding or clenching occurs when you sleep. A custom-made night guard helps reposition your jaw preventing your teeth from clenching or grinding. If you have bruxism, you could be dealing with sleep apnea as well as some people who clench and grind develop obstructive sleep apnea.
